I've been taking pat's pilates classes for 10 years now. I started in 2006 because my lower back always gave me problems. I use to go to the chiropractor 2-3 times a week.After taking her classes consistently for acouple of months I was able to stop my visits to the chiropractor Pat is the best trainer I've had. She's patient,knowledgeable and very good at targeting areas you need help with. She's also in tune with areas where l've had injuries andshows me how to reposition myself or directs me to a different exercise so I dont get re-injured. She's great at strengthening those sensitive areas also. I highly recommend taking her classes. Youll love it! -Michele Colondona

I have been doing the reformer with Pat for almost a year now and I have never felt better! She is like working out with a personal trainer and physical therapist all in one!! I had injuries when I started working out with her and she has worked me through those injuries to now where they are not an issue any longer. If you have not taken Maureen's class on Wednesdays, you should really give it a try. The 9:00

am class is a good one to begin or to continue your pilates training especially if you have issues

with certain medical problems (knees, hips, back) that you think may curtail your ability to

exercise. This particular class is designed for those of us who need a good workout at a slower

pace to get all the benefits from knowing how to do many exercises in a safe but rewarding

way. Maureen has many years of experience teaching pilates and has been to many training

classes herself to help her students get the most from his/her workout.

I suffer from herniated discs and stenosis of my lower back. A few months ago, I decided to

try out Pat’s Pilates Studio and the results are astonishing. Pat truly knows how to work your

body based on your injuries and physical condition. She is professional, caring, patient and

very dedicated to making you better. I have gained physical strength, and balance back into

my life plus so much more. My yoga practice has never been this strong.

I just can’t say enough about how amazing Pat and her teachers are. The studio is top of the
